The surgery has a ramp (no steps) access.

Patient services are offered on the ground floor, all areas are suitable for wheelchair users.  Reception has a low level counter and is equipped with a hearing loop.

Patients toilet is in the main corridor. It has full facilities for the disabled.

Patients and visitors who are partially sighted or registered blind and need extra help are advised to inform reception staff who will make appropriate arrangements for them.

There is a door bell at the surgery entrance for patient requiring help with access.

We make CCTV recording at the premises to protect our facilities, staff and patients.

Extended Hours are offered between 18:30 to 20:30 and are provided by the Smartcare PCN Hub.
